Prahaar X Review: दमदार एक्टिंग, लेकिन बोरिंग कहानी... 2 घंटे 20 मिनट के कोर्टरूम ड्रामा ने ऑडियंस को किया बोर?

बॉलीवुड एक्टर राजकुमार राव की नई कोर्टरूम ड्रामा फिल्म ‘प्रहार: द उज्ज्वल निकम स्टोरी’ आज सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज हो चुकी है. देश के जाने-माने सरकारी वकील उज्ज्वल निकम की जिंदगी पर बनी इस फिल्म को सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों का मिला-जुला रिएक्शन मिल रहा है. जहां कुछ लोग राजकुमार राव की जबरदस्त एक्टिंग और कोर्ट में दिखाई गई बहस की जमकर तारीफ कर रहे हैं, वहीं कुछ लोगों का मानना है कि फिल्म अपनी कमजोर कहानी की वजह से पूरी तरह असर नहीं छोड़ पाती. ट्विटर पर फिल्म को लेकर काफी बातें कर रहे हैं और अपनी-अपनी राय खुलकर दे रहे हैं.

ये फिल्म 1993 के मुंबई बम धमाकों और 26/11 के आतंकी हमलों के बाद कोर्ट में लड़ी गई कानूनी लड़ाई को पर्दे पर दिखाती है. अमित भाटिया नाम के एक सोशल मीडिया यूजर ने लिखा कि राजकुमार राव ने ‘प्रहार’ में बेहतरीन काम किया है, लेकिन उनके आस-पास की पूरी फिल्म उस दम को बरकरार रखने में नाकाम साबित होती है. वहीं, एक और यूजर ने फिल्म को चार स्टार देते हुए इसे एक बेहद जरूरी और दिल दहला देने वाली कहानी बताया. उनके मुताबिक कोर्ट के अंदर जिस तरह से सबूत जुटाए गए और आतंकी अजमल कसाब को सजा तक पहुंचाया गया, वो देखने लायक है.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️ #PrahaarReview: DISAPPOINTING Sometimes, a film can have a serious subject and good intentions but still fail to connect with its audience. #Prahaar unfortunately falls into that category. Not just the actors, even director #AvinashArun feels out of depth from start to finish, unable to do justice to such a crucial story. The writing is a major reason for this disconnect. The screenplay meanders, taking detours that don’t add much to the story and allowing the pace to suffer. And that’s the reason the acting fails to land. @RajkummarRao looks awkward, especially in the courtroom scenes where he should have scored. This is one of his most forgettable performances. But the real culprit here is #DineshVijan and his production house @MaddockFilms. Unlike their earlier films like #Stree and #Bhediya, they get the marketing strategy for this completely wrong. With zero awareness comes disastrous opening and that’s what the fate of Prahaar holds. It’s too early to reduce a film’s entire fate to its opening alone, but the content needs to give audiences a reason to recommend it. Unfortunately, no such respite here. A flop show!

Call: Watch in theatres if you want rigorous courtroom friction and a masterclass from Rao. अविनाश अरुण का डायरेक्शन और कसाब वाला सीन

फिल्म का डायरेक्शन अविनाश अरुण ने किया है और उनके काम को लेकर भी लोगों की अलग-अलग राय है. तारीफ करने वाले दर्शकों का कहना है कि अविनाश ने कहानी और कोर्ट के तनाव को बहुत संजीदगी से संभाला है. फिल्म में 2 घंटे 20 मिनट का समय बिल्कुल बांधकर रखता है. खासकर सीएसटी स्टेशन पर अजमल कसाब के हमले वाले भयानक सीन को जिस तरह दोबारा दिखाया गया है, उसने दर्शकों के रोंगटे खड़े कर दिए. उस मंजर को देखकर गुस्सा, बेबसी और गहरा दुख एक साथ महसूस होता है. ये हिस्सा ऑडियंस के लिए दिल को सीधे छूत जाता है.

कोर्ट के सीन और कलाकारों की शानदार एक्टिंग

फिल्म के कुछ खास सीन्स को लेकर भी सोशल मीडिया पर जमकर बातें हो रही है. कसाब खुद को नाबालिग साबित करने की कोशिश करता है और उज्ज्वल निकम उसकी दलीलों की धज्जियां उड़ाते हैं, उस सीन को खूब पसंद किया जा रहा है. इंटरवल से ठीक पहले का सीन और उसके बाद एक छोटी बच्ची का कसाब के खिलाफ गवाही देना लोगों को अंदर तक हिला देता है. कुछ यूजर्स का कहना है कि मराठी एक्टर ललित प्रभाकर ने अजमल कसाब का किरदार बहुत ही डरावने और शांत तरीके से निभाया है, जो लंबे समय तक याद रहता है. उनका काम देखकर कोई भी सहम सकता है.

#PrahaarReview: PRETENTIOUS Rating: ⭐️1/2 #Prahaar tells the story of #UjjwalNikam. It tries to add a fresh dimension to the 26/11 attacks. The trailer sank without a trace And unfortunately the same can be said about the film. The director is to be blamed more than the actors. #AvinashArun’s shaky portrayal is clearly visible, which then leads to some hammy, pretentious, and archaic performances and interpretation. @RajkummarRao delivered a resounding performance back in 2013 when he played a lawyer in #Shahid. But 13 years later, the very same performer fumbles his way through the process. He looks way out of his depth to take on this complex role. Not even once we dive into the character’s psyche and complexities, as the narrative opts to skim the surface. It feels the director was content with deafening dialogues and courtroom theatrics to make an impact. The argument scenes with #SikandarKher look bizarre and juvenile. The lesser said about #WamiqaGabbi, the better. The only bright spot in this dull and dry film is #LalitPrabhakar. Playing the role of #AjmalKasab, he not only looks the part but also creates the menace needed for the character. Prahaar will open to empty houses today since most of the people are unaware of its release. What exactly was the reason for these lowkey promotions? It seems @MaddockFilms and #DineshVijan will have another unsuccessful title, on the lines of #Raabta, #Bhediya, and #Cocktail2.

बाकी कलाकारों का काम और बैकग्राउंड म्यूजिक

इस फिल्म में राजकुमार राव के अलावा भी कई कलाकार नजर आ रहे हैं और सभी कलाकारों की तारीफ हो रही है. वामिका गब्बी ने कोर्ट की इस गंभीर लड़ाई के बीच अपनी मौजूदगी का अहसास कराया है. वहीं, जयदीप अहलावत हमेशा की तरह अपने रोल में पूरी तरह जमे हैं और कहानी को वजन देते हैं. उनके साथ सिकंदर खेर, आशीष विद्यार्थी, ऋत्विक साहोरे और अजिंक्य देव ने भी अपना काम बखूबी निभाया है. फिल्म का बैकग्राउंड म्यूजिक कोर्ट के तनाव को और ज्यादा बढ़ा देता है. कई लोगों ने इसे एक बार जरूर देखने लायक फिल्म बताया है और पूरी टीम के काम की तारीफ की है.

स्क्रीनप्ले और धीमी रफ्तार से कुछ दर्शक नाराज

सब कुछ अच्छा होने के बाद भी कुछ ऑडियंस को फिल्म की लिखावट बिल्कुल रास नहीं आई. एक फिल्म क्रिटिक ने निराशा जताते हुए लिखा कि कभी-कभी किसी फिल्म का मुद्दा बहुत बड़ा और नेक होता है, लेकिन वो दर्शकों से सही तरह जुड़ नहीं पाती. ‘प्रहार’ के साथ भी यही दिक्कत हुई है. कुछ लोगों के मुताबिक फिल्म का स्क्रीनप्ले बीच-बीच में भटकती है और अपनी मुख्य बात से हट जाती है, जिससे इसकी रफ्तार काफी धीमी हो जाती है. उनका कहना है कि इतने संवेदनशील और अहम विषय के साथ फिल्म न्याय करने से चूक गई.
