Many complaints were received from pilgrims about fake helicopter ticket booking websites. Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has written to Google to block such fake online services and websites. FIR has also been registered with Cyber Crime.

The Vaishno Devi shrine board CEO said online booking for 'Shradha Suman Vishesh Pooja' has also commenced.
