Another Khalistan Sympathiser Gangster Sukhdool Singh 'Sukkha' Killed In Canada; Lawrence Gang Claims Responsibility

Amid the growing tensions between India and Canada, another Khalistan sympathiser gangster Sukkha Duneke or Sukhdool Singh was gunned down by unknown assasilants today. Sukkha was on the most wanted list of the National Investigation Agency (NIA). According to reports, there were around 18 cases registered against Sukkha in India in different cases. Sukkha fled to Canada on fake passport in 2017. He was said to be a close aide of Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla. Duneke was part of the Davinder Bambiha gang from Moga district. According to reports, Lawrence Bishnoi Gang has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Sukkha fled to Canada when the NIA and state police had launched an operation to nab him. Winnipeg Police have confirmed the incident of shooting in the area of Aldgate Road on September 18, but have not confirmed it as being fatal. The Winnipeg Police have also not named Sukhdool Singh as the victim.

On the other hand, Punjab Police has been carriying out action across the state today to nab the close aides of Goldy Brar. Police raids are going on in Moga, Ferozepur, Tarn Taran and Amritsar rural. Police teams are also present at Sukkha's residence in Moga.

While the Canada and India have been involved in a diplomatic war for the last few days, the NIA has also launched a crackdown against Khalistani terrorists and their supporters. 

In the past few months, many Khalistani terrorists including Hardeep Singh Nijjar have been killed in Canada and Pakistan by unknown gunmen. Many reports have credited the killings to their internal rivalry over control of different organisations and Gurudwaras as these have huge involvement of money. 

While Canada has accuded India of killing Nijjar through its agents, New Delhi has rejected the allegations terming it baseless and politically motivated. A recent report by Zee News revealed that Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has been funding Khalistani terrorists in Canada to carry out anti-India activities.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday issued details of 43 individuals associated with terror-gangster network having links to Canada. The NIA further asked the public to share details of their properties and assets which can be taken over by the central government. The NIA in its post issued pictures of Lawrence Bishnoi, Jasdeep Singh, Kala Jatheri alias Sandeep, Virender Pratap alias Kala Rana and Joginder Singh along with their names. It highlighted that many of these gangsters are based in Canada.
