Experiment With Your Lassi: Try These Flavours

Mango Lassi

This is perhaps the most popular variation, made by blending yogurt, ripe mangoes, sugar, and optionally some cardamom.

Rose Lassi

Rose water or rose syrup is added to the yogurt along with a bit of sugar, giving it a delicate floral flavor and a lovely pink colour.

Saffron Lassi

Saffron strands are soaked in warm milk and then added to the yogurt, along with sugar and sometimes a touch of cardamom. This lassi has a beautiful golden hue and a rich, aromatic flavour.

Banana Lassi

Ripe bananas are blended with yogurt and sugar to create a creamy and sweet lassi with a hint of banana flavour.

Pistachio Lassi

Crushed or ground pistachios are added to the yogurt along with sugar, giving the lassi a nutty flavor and a lovely green colour.

Salted Lassi

Unlike the sweet variations, salted lassi is made with yogurt, water, salt, and sometimes roasted cumin powder. It's a refreshing and savory drink often enjoyed during hot summer days.
