Vajrasana

Kneel down and sit on your heels. Rest your palms on your thighs. Vajrasana can boost digestive functions and reduce acidity.

Paschimottanasana

Sit with your legs extended and bend forward from your hips, reaching toward your feet. This asana massages your abdominal organs and boosts digestion.

Bhujangasana

Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders like you do in a plank. Slowly, lift your upper body, keeping the pelvis on the mat. This pose stimulates digestion, thereby reducing acidity.

Dhanurasana

Adho Mukha Svanasana

Arch your back and open your chest as you perform this asana. Ustrasana helps in improving digestion and relieving acidity.
