MP govt committed to promoting tourism in state: Chouhan

Bhopal, Dec 18: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that his government would make all efforts for promoting tourism in the state.
The state has got a positive response from foreign and domestic tourists over the past five years, Chouhan said after flagging off a tourism exhibition bus here yesterday.
MP government was committed to improving the financial situation of the state tourism corporation and create job opportunities in the sector, he said.
The bus, which was launched with an intention of tapping the growing interest in domestic tourism, will tour through Uttar Pradesh and Delhi, promoting Madhya Pradesh as a tourist destination, he said.
The tourism bus, a first-of-its-kind, is loaded with literature on major tourist spots in the state besides being equipped with LCD projectors and exhibition panels.
