1. What are Subscription based services?
Subscription based services offer periodic (monthly or yearly or seasonal) use or access to content such as news, jokes, stock etc.

One97 offera a number of value added services (VAS) in Subscription based packs thorough various telecom operators. The customers can select a pack of their choice and get content through SMS or voice on regular basis. There are different types of content packs available like news, jokes, astrology, health, stock, cricket etc.

3. How is the content delivered to subscribers?
The content is delivered either through SMS or by VOICE

4. What is the price of these subscription packs?
The price of the packs varies from Rs 10, 30 & 50.

5. How can one Subscribe for a particular pack?
The subscription process is easy & simple. The customer can subscribe to the services through following:

a. By sending SMS to 53030, for example if customer wants to subscribe for News Pack he/she has to send ZEEN to 53030.

b. An automated call is dialed to customer's number to offer the pack. The customer has to press relevant key to subscribe the pack.

c. A customer can also dial a short code to subscribe for various packs

6. How will the customer be billed for the subscription services?
The amount of the pack will be automatically deducted from customer's mobile balance in case of pre-paid account holder. In case of post paid the same will be included in the mobile bill.

7. For how long can a customer avail these services?
The validity of each service depends upon the price of the service. Packs are available with different prices & validity like Rs 10 for 10 days, Rs 30 for 30 days etc.

8. How can the service be renewed?
Renewal of a subscription may be periodic and activated automatically unless un-subscribed explicitly by the subscriber.

9. How can one un-subscribe the service?
The subscriber can unsubscribe the service through the following ways:

a. By sending SMS to 53030, for example to unsubscribe for news pack send STOP to 53030.

b. In case of voice packs an option is available on the in-dial portal to deactivate the service.

c. Subscriber can contact the respective operator's Call Centre to deactivate any pack.
