Steve Smith-led Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted to bowl first against KL Rahul-led Kings XI Punjab in the ninth match of the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Kings XI Punjab have headed into their clash against Rajasthan Royals in Sharjah with the same Playing XI that clinched a 97-run win over Royal Challengers Bangalore in their last clash.This means, no Chris Gayle for this match.

 Rajasthan Royals have made two changes in their Playing XI. Jos Buttler and Ankit Rajpoot replace Yash Jaiswal and David Miller, respectively.

Jos Buttler, Steven Smith, Jofra Archer and Tom Curran are the four overseas players for the Rajasthan Royal-led side's clash against KL Rahul's Kings XI.
