Indian Premier League 2020 Match 3, Royal Challengers Bangalore vs SunRisers Hyderabad: In Pics

David Warner-led SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) won the toss and opted to bowl first against Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in their opening clash of the 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at Dubai International Stadium on Monday.

RCB made a last-place finish during the 2017 and 2019 edition of the T20 lucrative tournament while their last appearance in the final came in 2016.Sunrisers Hyderabad, on the other hand, made a fourth-place finish in the league stage of the last season.

Virat Kohli is once again leading the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the ongoing 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and he will definitely look to guide his side to maiden glory this time around.

The Bangalore-based franchise is going with four overseas players in their opening match of the 2020 lucrative T20 tournament against SRH namely Aaron Funch, AB de Villiers, Josh Philippe and Dale Steyn.

SunRisers Hyderabad are heading into their opening 2020 IPL tie against Virat Kohli's side with these four overseas players: Skipper David Warner, wicketkeeper-batsman Jonny Bairstow (wk), pacer Mitchell Marsh and bowler Rashid Khan.

AB de Villiers (51) and Devdutt Padikkal (53) smashed a half-century each as Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) posted a score of 163 for five in their stipulated 20 overs against SunRisers Hyderabad.
