San Martin: Indian golfer Jeev Milkha Singh turned in an even-par 71 to slip nine places to tied 43rd after the third and penultimate round of the USD 5,000,000 Frys.com Open here.
Jeev has a three-day total of three-under 210. A 10th tee starter, Jeev stumbled to a bogey on the 11th hole but made amends with a birdie on the 18th to make the turn even-par.
The front-nine followed a similar script and Jeev found one birdie against a bogey.
Overnight leader American Rocco Mediate held on to his three-stroke lead after returning a 67 that took his overall total to 17-under 196.The second spot was taken by Mediate`s compatriot Bo Van Pelt, who carded a six-under 65. The third position was shared by Japan`s (69) and American Alex Prugh (66) with totals of 12-under 201.
