Seventh seed Rishika blasted past Vasundhra Raju 6-0, 6-0 while Aishwarya blanked compatriot Parminder Kaur in her first round match of the Test event for Commonwealth Games at RK Khanna Tennis Stadium.However, Ratnika made an early exit with a 3-6, 1-6 defeat at the hands of wild card Adnya Naik. Other Indians who advanced to the second round include Nova Patel, Samrada Ballu, Anushka Bhargava, Abhilasha Ahuja and Sri Vaishnavi Pedde Reddy.
