Ten athletes from Haryana selected for Junior Athletic
Ten athletes from Haryana state have been selected to be part of Indian Athletic contingent in the Junior South Asian Athletic championship to be held from December 11 to 12 in Chennai.

Chandigarh: Ten athletes from Haryana state
have been selected to be part of Indian Athletic contingent in
the Junior South Asian Athletic championship to be held from
December 11 to 12 in Chennai.
Haryana State Athletic Association (HSAA) Secretary H S
Bhadu today said that the state has given the highest number
of selected athletes among all the states to the National
team.
The two-day long event will be held at Jawahar Lal Nehru
Stadium.
The Athletes selected were: Parveen Kumar-200m
(Sonipat), Dharmbir-200m (Rohtak), Naresh-Shotput (Sonipat),
Manisha-100m (Sonipat), Manisha Devi-400m (Rohtak),
Sakshi-800m (Jhajjar), Arti Yadav-High Jump (Sirsa),
Parmila-discus (Hisar), Rinku Sangwan-discus (Bhiwani) and
Poonam-Javelin (Jhajjar).
