Mumbai: State-run, Union Bank of India on Saturday announced the appointment of Subhash Chander Kalia as its Executive Director.

Prior to this, Kalia was serving as the Executive Director of Vijaya Bank. He has also worked with Bank of Baroda in various capacities, a press release said.

Kalia was instrumental in setting up of Bank of Baroda’s Joint Ventures – Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Company and Baroda L & G Life Insurance Company, the release said.
