Woman boxer found dead in Hyderabad sports hostel
Hyderabad: A woman boxer was found dead in
her hostel room at the Lal Bahadur stadium here this morning,
police said.
S Amaravati (19), a trainee at the Centre of Excellence
run by the state government, belongs to Chintalbasti area in
the city but was staying in the hostel, within the premises of
the stadium, they said.
No suicide note had been found so far and investigations
are on, police said adding the reason behind the death is not
known yet.
