Kolkata: Last season’s runners-up Mohun Bagan would look for their fourth consecutive win as they take on Mumbai FC in their sixth outing of the ONGC I-League at the Vidyasagar Stadium in Barasat near here on Monday.

Bagan look confident following three victories in a row after losing their first two matches, while Mumbai FC, yet to register a single win, would be content with a draw.

Bagan now have nine points from five matches while the Mumbai team have three points, also from five outings.

“The morale of boys is high as they came back strongly even after losing the first two matches. I am confident that they would be live upto the expectations tomorrow, “ Bagan coach Karim Bencherifa said.

However, he was cautious also. “Mumbai FC is a good team with players like Abhishek Yadav who can turn the game any time. They drew with last year’s winners Churchill Brothers. We have to be careful not to concede any goal.”

Bagan would be without defender Rakesh Masih due to double bookings. Besides, the dependable Brazilian Jose Barreto is out for three weeks following an injury.

Mumbai FC coach Khalid Jamil said, “We will be looking for at least one point from tomorrow’s match.”

Besides Abhisek Yadav, the Mumbai team have another good striker in Kayne Vincent. N D Pereira and Noel Wilson will be backing the forwardline from the midfield.
