Bhullar, Randhawa make cut at Singapore Open

Sentosa (Singapore): Gaganjeet Bhullar and
Jyoti Randhawa made the cut after turning in contrasting cards
but four other Indians fell by the wayside after the second
round of the weather-hit Singapore Open golf tournament here
today.
Bhullar, who had completed his round yesterday, was
one-over in the third round after 10 holes.
Randhawa, on the other hand, completed his second round
today, carding a one-over 72.
The seasoned Delhi golfer, who started on the 10th in the
third round, was going one-over after three holes before
weather played spoilsport for the third successive day.
However, it was curtains for Shiv Kapur, SSP Chowrasia, C
Muniyappa and Gaurav Ghei.
While Kapur turned in a 72 to total two-over, Chowrasia
missed the cut despite an improved 70.
Muniyappa was two-over in the second round, finishing
seven-over. Ghei, meanwhile, didn't even complete his round
and retired in the second round.
The third round would be completed tomorrow.
