Poojashree advances to quarters of ITF Women`s Open

Bangalore: Top-seeded Poojashree Venkatesha advanced to the quarter-finals of the USD 10,000 QuestNet ITF Women`s Open here today with an easy win over Aishwarya Agarwal. Local favourite Poojashree started off in style breaking her opponent in the first game and raced to a 4-0 lead. Aishwarya, who won only one game in the first set, conceded the match after trailing 0-3 in the second, complaining of "bad allergic rash".
