Islamadad, July 02: Taliban commander in the restive Swat Valley Maulana Fazullah has died after being fatally wounded in an attack by the Pakistan Army in the Malakand region, according to Pakistan media reports.
However, the report has not been officially confirmed as his body has not been seen by anyone yet.
Pak President Asif Ali Zardari had recently said that the military offensive against the Taliban would continue in Malakand, which was the hiding place of the notorious Taliban commander.
Earlier, there were also reports that claimed Baitullah Mehsud, the alleged assassin of ex-Pak PM Benazir Bhutto has also been killed. However these were later proved false.
