Mumbai, Dec 06: Bollywood bad boy Salman Khan has been voted as the ideal health role model in the entertainment Industry. The unique survey was conducted by a global market research company for a health magazine ‘Complete Wellbeing’. People in the age group 25-45yrs in eight major Indian cities were asked to name their health role model from Bollywood. The rest of the names in the survey are a kind of eye-opener.

Salman Khan got 26% of the votes followed by Shahrukh Khan’s 24%. People were very inspired by sexagenarian Amitabh Bachchan, and gave him third position instead of Hrithik Roshan or Akshay Kumar. Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan share the ninth slot with 5% votes each. John Abraham lagged at the 10th position with only 4% votes. Though Suneil Shetty could not make it to the top 10 list, he proved to be a popular icon for Delhites.

Besides health role models, people were also questioned about role models from home state and happiness. While Aishwarya got maximum votes for her home state Bengaluru, Abhishek Bachchan is Ahmedabad’s hottest health icon. The same town also preferred Katrina Kaif and Ajay Devgan.

For the top three role models of happiness sneaked to the top position, followed by Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar. The latter missed the third position by 1% vote.
