Mumbai, Oct 28: You saw his killer, eight pack look in the ‘Ghajini’ posters. Now, witness his enticing perform in the movie as he unveils the first look of Ghajini this Diwali. ‘Ghajini’ was slated for a Diwali release this year, but delayed due to Aamir’s knee injury while shooting for the movie.

Here’s what Aamir had to say in a Press Conference in Mumbai, "We were planning to release the film on Diwali, but it did not happen because of my injury, so we decided to at least unveil its first look on this day," Aamir told reporters. He also wished everyone a happy Diwali. "Ghajini' is important for me as it is an out and out commercial movie which I am doing after a long time." On the absence of director A.R. Murugadoss on the occasion, Aamir said: "The post-production work for the film is going on full swing and our director is extremely busy with it." The film clip also shows leading lady Asin. "After I finished 'Taare Zameen Par', I started to work on my look for the film. It was a tough time when I had to work on my body for nearly three to four hours a day." 'Ghajini' is a Hindi adaptation of the Tamil film made by Murugadoss himself by the same name. The film is said to be inspired by the critically acclaimed film "Memento" by Christopher Nolan on the theme of the protagonist suffering from anterograde amnesia (short term memory loss) and seeking revenge for his wife's murder. Well, the actor has planned a lot more for ‘Ghajini’ and is going everywhere for promoting the movie. And, now instead of opting for a typical teaser promo followed by big theatrical promo technique, Aamir Khan has suggested his filmmakers to start working on a never seen before kind of, very user friendly, interactive website for the film. A news daily quoted a source as saying, “A leading website company that has been handling the personal website of Aamir shall now be doing the Ghajini film website.” “Aamir has been giving his creative inputs for the same which include a specially shot promo just for the website. Internet savvy Aamir knows the power of the e-medium in today’s times and is confident that a stronger buzz will be created through it.” The movie that’s set to release this Christmas certainly looks very promising and with the perfectionist Aamir touch it can be considered a sure-shot success!
