Mumbai, Sept 30: With Himseh’s version of ‘Karz’ all set to hit the theatres, his comparison with the living legend Rishi Kapoor, the original Monty, is inevitable. But a ‘yes’ is least expected out of anyone if asked whether Himesh Reshammiya would be able to portray the character of Monty as convincingly as veteran Rishi Kapoor performed in ‘Karz’.

In an exclusive chit-chat with Spicezee, Himesh said, “Rishi Kapoor is the most good-looking Monty ever, and I’m the worst. My sister Roopa has worked really hard on my looks and the hairstyle, to be specific. I hope you guys will manage to cooperate with that look!”

The ‘hatless’ Reshammiya further said that he feels blessed to be a part of a film like this one, the remake of the timeless classic ‘Karz’, which also happens to be one of Himesh’s favourite films.

The director of ‘Karzzzz’, Satish Kaushik says, “The comparisons are inevitable, but no one can match Rishi ji's performance in that film. At the same time, I'd like to add that Himesh is superb in the film. I am an actor myself, I can judge between good, bad and amateur performances and I have to admit, he has surprised me with his performance."

Well, here’s hoping that we manage to find some talent in common between the two Montys, when ‘Karzzz’ hits the theatres.
