Washington, Aug 31: Oscar-winner Jack Nicholson’s new biography has revealed that he was once so committed to nudity that he refused to wear clothes while welcoming guests into his home.
Authored by Dennis McDougal, the book Five Easy Decades claims that the actor even gave interviews in the buff to promote his 1971 film Drive.
"He lived for three months as a nudist at his house - refusing to wear clothes even for producer Roger Corman," Contactmusic quoted McDougal as saying.
Nicholson is renowned for his often dark-themed portrayals of neurotic characters. He has been nominated for an Academy Award 12 times and won three.
He has won seven Golden Globe Awards, and received a Kennedy Center Honor in 2001.
