Vajpayee's condition stable; to be discharged on Thursday

New Delhi, Aug 22:The condition of former Prime
Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was admitted to AIMS here,
after he complained of giddiness, he is stable now and he will be
discharged tomorrow.
The condition of the 83-year-old BJP leader is "stable
and satisfactory", AIMS spokesperson Shakti Gupta said in a press
release today.
Vajpayee had his morning breakfast and his vital signs
are normal, the release said.
"He will be kept in hospital for one more day to complete
all investigations," the release said.
Vajpayee was admitted to a private ward in the
Cardio-Thoracic and Neuro-Sciences Centre of AIMS after he
complained of drowsiness and giddiness yesterday.
A team of doctors, including a Cardiologist and
Neurologist, are looking after him.
