Mint Lassi

Perfect drink to stay healthy and hydrated in scorching summers.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 cup plain curd
Sugar, or a combination of sugar and honey –according to taste
4 teaspoons vanilla

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Put 6 to 8 fresh mint stalks or 2 to 3 tablespoons dried mint in a teaball or cheesecloth.

Let it stand in the fridge at least 5 hours to allow the mint to flavor the lassi.

Remove mint before serving.
