Washington, Feb 20: Pop singer Britney Spears is reportedly putting her Tuscan style Beverly Hills bungalow on sale, after owning it for just a couple of months.

The 25-year-old has listed the fully furnished six-bedroom house, which has a media room, library and maid's quarters last week, for 7.2million dollars.

The villa is located on the best street of the locality, which is quiet, and is absolutely in a great condition

“It's on the best street in the Summit Circle gated community, on a quiet cul-de-sac and it needs absolutely no work," Contactmusic quoted real state agent Barbara Corcoran, as saying.

The home is in the area, where singers Gwen Stefani and her guitarist hubby Gavin Rosendale have their villa.

As a part of her divorce resolution with rapper hubby Kevin Federline, the Toxic singer put her Malibu home for sale in January this year for 13.5 million dollars.
