Washington, Nov 07: It is now official that actress Scarlett Johansson is recording her first album ‘Scarlett Sings Tom Waits’.
The confirmation comes straight from the actress, who says that she has been managing her time between movie shoots and recording of the album.
The ‘Lost In Translation’ star has already showed her singing prowess in the film alongside Bill Murray in a karaoke scene.
The 21-year old actress, who is a huge fan of the singer/songwriter, says that she wants to do justice to his music, and has been devoting a large part of her invaluable time in the studio.
"It's coming along. There is no rush to get it out there,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
"We're taking our time - doing a week here and week there. I just love his music" she added.
