Washington, Oct 06: Hotel heiress Paris Hilton and former beauty queen Shanna Moakler reportedly marched into the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood station to file charges against each, with both of them alleging to have been attacked by the other. Elliot Mintz, Paris’ publicist claimed that Moakler accosted the socialite at the Hyde night-club, screaming obscenities and then belting her in the jaw.

"I would encourage Paris, with the consent of her attorney, to seek a restraining order against Moakler to prevent any escalation of this irrational and dangerous behaviour," TMZ.com quoted Mintz, as saying.

Whereas Moakler, the 1992 Miss USA and former Playboy Playmate, said in her report that Hilton's date, Stavros Niarchos, poured a drink over her head and shoved her down some stairs.

Although it is still unclear that who attacked whom, no arrests have yet been made, and no one seemed seriously injured.
