Noida, Jan 10: The investigations into the Noida gang rape case saw some success as three more persons were arrested by the police on Saturday.
"Three more accused have been arrested. They are Shashi
Kant alias Kalu, Golu Jatav, Sharad Yadav," said SSP Naveen
Arora.
They were arrested from Amrapali crossing this afternoon.
Of the eleven accused in the case, ten have been arrested
and one is still absconding.
Meanwhile, the police have also recovered the two mobile phone from and watch of the victims from the accused
The investigations conducted so far suggests the involvement of as many as 11 persons in the alleged rape case.
Police have so far arrested ten persons in connection with the case. Police is confident of arresting the last accused in the case as it has obtained vital clues from the two suspects, who were arrested today.
The case made headlines after a 24-year old MBA student was gang raped by 11 men in a car near Noida Sector-71 earlier this week. All boys were found out to be residents of Garhi Chowkhandi.
