New Delhi, Dec 01: In what appears to be another success to the investigation of Mumbai terror attacks one terrorist, Saeed, allegedly a Lashkar-e-Toiba commander has been arrested in Punjab on Monday. Saeed, 4th in the command of LeT’s hierarchy is said to be the mastermind of Mumbai terror attacks.
Saeed was in touch with the terrorists who broke havoc in the corporate capital of India. It is also believed that terrorists left their GPS on the trawler Kuber to confuse the security and investigating agencies. The arms seized from Saeed are very much similar to those used by the Pakistan Army.
Earlier, one terrorist was arrested from Doda district of J&K.
The media reports also threw light on the plot of the terrorists who used US SIM card in Mumbai, which are not easy to be intercepted. They had also planned to flee to Bangladesh to meet Yahya, Lashkar’s commander-in-chief there, and then to fly back to Pakistan.
