‘Hot Chocolate’ recipe by Chef Mohit Chotrani
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of milk
- ¼ Cup sugar
- 2 Bars of dark chocolate
- Marshmallows for topping
- Chocolate stick for garnishing
Method:
1) Heat 2 cups of milk.
2) Add 1/4 cup of sugar and keep stirring.
3) Now add dark chocolate cubes into the milk.
4) Keep stirring until the milk thickens.
5) Turn off the heat and pour the hot chocolate into a mason jar .
6) Add Marshmallows and garnish it with a chocolate stick
