Sunny Leone basks in public response to first Bollywood movie

Hyderabad: Adult film actress Sunny Leone, who plays the role of a seductress in ‘Jism 2’, said she is indebted to the audiences for giving such a warm response to her debut, and added that she could not have got a better platform to showcase her talent. Talking to media here, Leone said: “Well, I am very excited, I am so happy, that there are so many people watching this movie, and they have been so positive. The fans are coming out, watching movies, spending their hard earned money on this ticket to watch this movie, and they have been so nice.” “My experience in Bollywood has been absolutely amazing, I know I will be busy in this country for a while, and I am looking forward to everything that comes with it, and being in India. I think Jism 2 was the greatest platform that I could have started my career with and it’s definitely given me a lot of exposure in a positive way,” she added. First-time producer and Bollywood actor Dino Morea said that producers go through a lot of trouble while making a movie, adding that his respect for their community has increased manifold after facing a lot of hardships. “Producers face a lot of trouble and I would earlier respect the producer, but now my respect for them has increased, because I know what trouble they go through. It’s a thankless job, it’s really tough to coordinate everything, and my first production was very tough, but after doing this, I learnt a lot, and when I make my second film, I will know exactly how to go about it to produce my second film,” said Morea. He added that he was extremely thrilled with the public response, as the movie has set the cash registers ringing at the box office. “I am very excited, because I am a producer for the first time and what we are hearing about the collections, I am really happy about that. I heard that the weekend collections were 220 million rupees and Monday was 20.9 million rupees and Tuesday was 20.5 million rupees. So, I am very happy with the response and the way we made the film with a certain budget, the profits are much more than anticipated. So, financially and economically, this film is a big hit,” said Morea. The film has adult actress, Sunny Leone, who plays the role of a seductress in the movie and traps Hooda and Arunoday Singh. The film is a sequel to the 2003 super hit film, ‘Jism’ that featured Bipasha Basu and John Abraham. The album of the film has soulful tracks composed by Arko Pravo Mukherjee, Mithoon and Pakistani band Rushk. The movie hit the theatres on August 3. ANI
