Olivia`s presumed dead lover ‘resurfaces’

Olivia Newton-John`s former lover has reportedly resurfaced.

London: Olivia Newton-John`s former lover Patrick McDermott, who was presumed to be dead, has reportedly resurfaced. He reportedly wrote a letter requesting investigators to leave him alone.
The man had disappeared on a 2005 fishing trip, but has now faxed a message to US private detectives asking them to let him live in peace in Mexico, the Daily Star reports. McDermott`s representatives faxed: "Pat has asked that I portray to you his innocence. Pat has committed no crime. Pat simply wishes to be left alone. Let him live his life in peace and harmony. He is safe and has started anew again in a new place both physically and mentally. Stop this search immediately," reports Britain’s Daily Mail. Also, lead investigator in the case Philip Klein has claimed he has received three phone calls from McDermott`s representatives in the past six months. According to the cop, he has been sighted 16 times in Mexico in recent years and is working as a deckhand in fishing town Sayulita. It is speculated that the cameraman had staged his own death to be free of child support debts to ex-wife Yvette Nipar. Olivia married tycoon John Easterling last summer after Patrick vanished off the California coast. ANI
