Bhopal, Dec 11: When the 13th Madhya Pradesh
Assembly holds its first session, several faces which were
seen in it in the past will be missing this time.
The most prominent person who had been a member of
earlier State Assemblies but would not be seen this time is
former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister of the Congress.
Before the December 2003 Assembly polls, Singh had
announced that if the Congress failed to win them he would
not hold any post for the next 10 years.
Because of this, Singh did not contest the November 27
Assembly elections but others would not be in the House as
they contested the polls but lost them.
Leading the lot is the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Deputy
Speaker Hazarilal Raghuvanshi who lost for the first time in
his life from the Seoni-Malwa constituency.
Former Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister, Subhash
Yadav, former Minister Satyadev Katare, Sunilam and Kishore
Samrete from the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bharatiya Janashakti
Party (BJS) President Uma Bharti will also be among the faces
who will be absent from the assembly.
